Lize's extensive background in Human Resources and Organisation Development (OD) positions her as an asset to any company looking to enhance its effectiveness and drive success through cultural and strategic change management.

With a Master's degree in Leadership, Performance & Change and an Honors degree in Industrial Psychology, she possesses a solid academic foundation, complemented by over two decades of hands-on experience in the mining and processing industry.

As a life coach, Lize’ utilises the Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI) to help individuals understand their thinking preferences and leverage their unique abilities and creative skills to grow and thrive towards effective relationships and their full potential
